A Mumbai University Graduate, he migrated to Delhi with an unmatched fervor for pursuing justice in the highest Court of the land- The Supreme Court of India prior to firmly planting the baton in the city of dreams, Mumbai, where he operates from his Santacruz office and is fast gaining momentum in various Courts and Forums as the primary choice for excellent legal representation.
Embedded with victories achieved across major landmark cases across all courts all the way to the apex court of India, Sanket’s career has fast become a blue print for those who are aware of his efficacy and sheer performance at the highest level.

CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING PARTNER – ADV. MILONI SANGHVI
Miloni started her Law Journey with M/s Solicis Lex as an Intern for a period of two and a half years and then went on to become an Associate Advocate and continued with them for a further period of 3 years until August 2021.
She has had an amazing exposure in the field of litigation and real estate, with those being her core practice areas. She has also had the opportunity to explore various upcoming laws including RERA, IBC and Arbitration along with the civil dispute matters before various trial courts, the High Court and the Supreme Court of India.
She then went on to join her mentor Mr. Omkar Khanvilkar, at Omkar Khanvilkar Law Chambers as a Principal Associate, eventually going on to make Senior Associate Partner as she fast tracked her career going through cases and matters and taking them for a home run.
Academically speaking, Miloni has done her Bachelors in Financial Markets (B.F.M), Masters in Business Management, LLB and LLM. She’s got a ton of other certifications but she doesn’t really like to talk about it. She likes her cases to speak for her! She’s a connoisseur of fine food & wine! And just like she handles the crystal glass, she can hold her case and her ground real well. She’s all about victory and likes to bring it home in style.
With Coffee in one hand and Confidence in the other, she’s not the one to ever back down from a fight, and she always fights for the right!
She’s now a Partner at Code Law, a Law Firm bursting with exuberance and talent.
